Norske Confections began out of a legacy of rich Norwegian heritage.  All of my Grandparents immigrated from Norway, so growing up our sweets were Scandinavian.  Baking these delights are second nature, since I have been mastering them since I was a little girl.  My specialty is "Sandkaker" (we pronounce them sun-ka-ka) cookies.  These are individual cookies hand pressed in small fluted tins (2"-3") that taste similar to an almond shortbread cookie, only better!  The tins are decades old and came directly from Norway.  These cookies receive rave reviews everywhere they go...because they are pretty and tasty!
